Location of the villa

The villa is located at Pointe Jacob, in François.

Facing the ocean, the villa enjoys a quiet tropical environment. It also has a dock (only the owner of the property sometimes uses it) and, if you rent a boat, you can easily access the "Fonds Blancs" and the neighboring islands.

Cap Est's small beach and beach restaurant are about 800 meters away, shops in François are about 10 km away.

Produce and fish markets in Vauclin, are also at about 10 km away.

Property

This magnificent modern design villa is composed of a main villa for 8 to 10 guests and a bungalow for 4 guests.

The main 450m² two-level villa features:

On the upper level:

2 Large air-conditioned bedrooms (one is the master bedroom) each with a king size bed (200X200cm), their own bathroom with shower and an ocean view
2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with 2 single beds (can be grouped into 1 queen size bed) and their own bathroom with shower
Adjacent to the master bedroom, a large lounge area with an ocean view awaits you for total relaxation moments, under the sun or the moonlight.

On the garden level:

A living room extended by a large patio
A large well equipped kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean
An air-conditioned den, without window, with a wifi printer and a sofa
A fifth bathroom with shower
A home theatre

In front of the patio, a large deck with lounge chairs borders the swimming pool and the 52m² pool house with a pergola and a dining area for 12 and 2 large sofas.

Still a little closer to the ocean, the 60m² bungalow includes:

2 Air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds
1 Bathroom with shower
1 Well equipped kitchen
1 Terrace deck with a dining area
1 cabin in the trees ... where children will be delighted to play!

In front of the dock, a traditional gazebo and its small living room await you for calm and intimate moments facing the ocean. You can also enjoy the hammock for 2 people!

Luxury does not only concern the aesthetics and comfort of the villa, it also includes the service of a housekeeper that will provide daily cleaning, preparation and service of continental breakfast + fruits (included in the price) - (except Sundays and French holidays)

Please note:

Various rates according to number of bedrooms rented and number of occupants: 1 Rate for the main villa (4 bedrooms for 8 persons maximum), 1 Rate for the villa and bungalow 6 bedrooms for 12 persons maximum). Superbe villa! Très chic et bien équipée. L'abondance de fenêstration donne un charactère grandiose aux espaces communs. Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par Marilyn qui a été d'une grande aide! C'est un endroit parfait pour un séjour en groupe ou en famille!

Très belle prestation, accueil parfait tout au long du séjour par Marylin. Très jolie maison, très beau cadre. Un bémol sur le service matinal et la prestation de nettoyage du matin qui était à mon gout trop sommaire et pas en adéquation avec le reste de la prestation. Le bungalow n’offre pas la même prestation que le reste de la maison (en particulier en literie) Mais le séjour fut superbe, fort agréable, avec un énorme sentiment de liberté au sein de cette demeure. Je conseillerai volontiers cette maison pour les vacances à des amis ou connaissance.
