Facing the lagoon, in a residential area, the villa enjoys a beautiful sea view and a privileged setting.
On the edge of the terrace, the door provides access to the sea and, less than 50m away, to the small beach of Cap Est.

In addition to the location, you will appreciate the large shaded terrace with sea view. It faces the swimming pool (6mX4m) and the large gazebo where you will enjoy sipping a rum punch, cocktails or tropical juices while admiring the sea view.
A small service road from the Cap Est Lagoon Resort hotel runs alongside the villa, an access also used by kite-surfers to reach the lagoon known for this sporting practice (lessons are offered on the Cap Est beach).

March 2024Villa très bien située. Elle est très agréable à vivre et dispose dune âme. On y trouve un équipement globalement complet et satisfaisant.
November 2023Villa exceptionnelle tant par sa convivialité que sa qualité, son espace, la proximité de la mer, le jardin …. Accueil parfait, la conciergerie est un + fort agréable de part sa disponibilité, j’aurai souhaité ne pas avoir tant préparé mon séjour Juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petite supérette à proximité du quartier, mais c’est pareil partout dans l’ile !
