Location of the villa
The villa is located on La Pointe du Cap Est on the town of Le François on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, in a residential and very quiet area, secure with gate code.
The small beach of the hotel Cap Est **** is about 300m away and allows you access to the lagoon.
The hotel restaurant has a good reputation.
The nearest shops are at 3000m. Supermarkets are at Le François, about 10 km away.
The vegetable and fish markets in Vauclin are about 10 km from the villa.

May 2024Superbe villa, au calme très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Heidi qui est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour et de bons conseils pour les visites sur l'île. Également très réactive suite à un petit dysfonctionnement d'équipement. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

January 2023Wonderful house. Spacious, clean and a beautiful garden and pool. We had a fabulous time.
March 2019Maison hyper agréable à vivre. Décorée avec soin et goût. Literie neuve et de qualité. Propriétaires attentifs à votre bien-être. Très bon accueil de Louise, la correspondante sur place. Seules les cabines de douche sont vétustes et peu pratiques. Quand vous occupez la maison à 8, une salle d'eau et un wc supplémentaires sur la mezzanine seraient les bienvenus. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
January 2015La villa est très agréable avec ses quatre chambres, sa piscine et sa cuisine parfaitement équipée ; à louer sans hésiter ! Nous y avons passé trois délicieuses semaines !
