Location of the villa
In the heart of nature, the villa enjoys a very quiet environment far from the hustle and bustle of tourism.
It is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden and enjoys a wide view of the sea and the islets.
A small beach, Coco Bay, is a few minutes drive away. Beautiful beaches are accessible about twenty kilometres away, to the north, at the Caravelle peninsula, and to the south, towards the Vauclin.
A few minutes from the villa, you can rent kayaks to go to the surrounding islets.
The town of Le Robert has a a large supermarket, about 2.5 km away.
Le Robert is quite central on the island, thus a situation very well suited to discovering the island from north to south.
Property
The property features a large garden, large common areas, a main villa and 2 large bungalows.
With a surface area of approximately 160m², the main villa includes:
- 1 air-conditioned master suite furnished with a very beautiful double king-size bed (180X200) made of driftwood with shower room and dressing room
- 1 air-conditioned room with double bed
- 1 large living room with television area
- 1 small living room with sofas and sea view
- 1 small desk (desk and chair, no computer at disposal)
- 1 games room with a table football (the pinball machine is for decoration)
- 1 large and very well equipped kitchen.
At about ten meters from the main villa, the 1st bungalow of about 40m ² includes:
- 1 air-conditioned room with Queen-size double bed (160X200)
- 1 air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (140cm wide, can accommodate 2 people at best (1 adult or 2 children / teenagers)

On the other side of the villa, the second bungalow of about 35m² includes:
- 1 air-conditioned room with Queen-size double bed (160X200)
- 1 air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (at best 1 adult or 2 children / teenagers)
- 1 shower room
- 1 kitchenette
In the tropics, you will spend most of your time outdoors... and the villa benefits from large common areas!
In front of the main villa, you will appreciate the 160m² covered terrace. It includes a dining area, an outdoor lounge and a pool table. The view from the terrace is magnificent.
Slightly below the terrace, a second outdoor living room borders the pool. It will probably be your "aperitif corner - planter, ti punch and tropical juices" while enjoying the outdoor-porch-bar.
You will certainly like the beautiful swimming pool with a gentle slope (beach type) to access it. It is dominated by a "bac à punch", a term used in Martinique to define a very small swimming pool where you can sit and enjoy a rum cocktail.
You will finally be able to perfect your tan on the sunbathing areas around the pool.
The villa also includes 2 outdoor showers. It has a neat and refined decoration. Inspired in particular by Moroccan craftsmanship, the layout is full of charm.
