Location of the villa
The villa is located on Le Vauclin village in south Atlantic Martinique. It can be reached by a small road (for about 1.5 km, 4X4 unnecessary).
You will find the sea at the end of your garden. This is not a beach but swimming is possible.
Le Vauclin village, and its shops, is at about 3km and a small convenience store is about 2 km away.
The nearest beach is Pointe Faula beach just about 3.5 km away.
Property
With a surface area of 190m², this property has a main villa and a bungalow.
The main villa offers:
- 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms each furnished with a double bed (140x190cm) and their own shower room
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200cm) and attached shower room
- 2 Independent restrooms
- 1 Big living room with a high ceiling, open onto the terrace and the garden. It has a sitting area, a dining area with tables and chairs and connects with a modern well equipped kitchen with central island
- 1 Large mezzanine with a TV area.
3-4 meters behind the main villa the large "bungalow" includes:
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (that you can put together for a double bed) and its own shower room
Renovated in 2015, the villa has a simple but refined decoration. The bungalow has not been renovated, it is much simpler and disappointing compared to the main villa.
In front of the living room of the main villa, you will appreciate the small swimming pool and its deck lined with lounge chairs.
Facing the deck, the large garden and the ocean.
Please note: rates vary according to the number of bedrooms rented: 1 Rate for the main villa ; 4 rooms - 8 guests maximum, 1 Rate for 6 rooms - 12 guests maximum.

MaskAccueil très chaleureux de Maryse dans cette villa calme et agréable. A quelques pas de l’océan dans un écrin de verdure, nous avons profité du soleil, du magnifique paysage conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. Notre séjour s’est déroulé magnifiquement sur « l’ile aux fleurs » et nous reviendront certainement sur « l’ile des revenants »…
April 2019Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout était en ordre et c’est bien passé. Nous recommandons cette agence qui a fait plus que ce qui était demandé pour nous satisfaire, nous reviendrons.
October 2017Nous étions 8 personnes qui avons demandé à ANTILLES EXCEPTION de nous préparer notre voyage. - La réservation de L’avion - La réservation des 2 voitures - La réservation de la villa Nous avons été très bien conseillers et bien guidé pour la mise en place de notre dossier. Notre voyage c’est très bien déroulé, nous avons eu rapidement nos 2 voitures à l’aéroport. Le chemin pour accéder à la villa est dans un état déplorable, il fallait faire attention de ne pas abimer Notre voiture. La villa est magnifique, tout le monde a été enchanté. Il manquait juste des ventilateurs dans la pièce à vivre.
