Location of the villa

This wooden villa with an atypical charm is located on the beach of Pointe Faula, the most famous kite surfing and windsurfing spot in Martinique. Close to the town (1km), its small shops and its new shopping center, the villa is accessible via a 400m stretch of stone road (4x4 not required) which overlooks the ocean. You will appreciate the practical side of the small restaurants located just behind the villa.

1 additional bed is located on the air-conditioned mezzanine, and can accommodate 2 people; it is accessible via a ladder and is therefore reserved for adult adventurers; note that this bed has a low ceiling

1 second sheltered terrace which overlooks the beach, and which you can adjust thanks to the many bay windows; there is 1 table and 1 lounge for 4 people as well as a hammock
1 above-ground swimming pool 5mx3m accessible via a few steps from the second terrace and overlooking the garden on the beach side
1 completely private outdoor shower, very practical when returning from the beach and to cool off during the day
The internet is provided via the Starlink network, allowing you to benefit from very high speed for your teleworking and digital leisure sessions
Charming aquariums add an exotic touch to this pretty villa.

From the terrace you can admire the magnificent sunrises over the sea as well as the ballet of the colorful sails sailing on the water. Two sailing schools and water sports equipment rental (kayaks, windsurfers, kitesurfers) are located 300m from the villa.

The villa is located on a large plot of land with 2 dwellings: the villa on one side and a bungalow occupied by the owners on the other. The swimming pool is integrated into the villa and therefore exclusively reserved for the occupants of the latter. The access path from the gate, common to the 2 dwellings, passes in front of the villa then leads to the bungalow located on the side of the fence; the same is true for access to the gate leading to the sea.

The beach is just behind the fence of the villa. A turn of the key in the gate, a few steps, and you are at the seaside!
