Location of the villa
The villa is located in the village of Les Trois Ilets on Martinique's Caribbean coast. On the heights of Pointe du Bout, it enjoys a beautiful view over the bay of Fort de France and Les Trois Ilets. The environment is calm and residential.
The Anse Mitan beach is around 1km away, and the Pointe du Bout with its many shops (restaurants, bakery, etc.) around 2km.

This one-storey 180m² villa (+ terrace) includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen-size double bed (160X200) and private bathrooms
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen-size double bed and sharing the third bathroom

- 1 well-equipped open-plan kitchen
The villa also features 2 terraces:
- 1 25m² west-facing terrace with a dining area, a lounge area and a small view of the sea and Fort de France
- 1 beautiful 220m² terrace on the east side with a large swimming pool (8mX4m) and lounge areas with a wide sea view. There's also a gazebo with table and chairs, where you can enjoy most of your meals while taking in the splendid view of the pool and sea!

Villa exceptionnelle, Regis le concierge est vraiment disponible très à lécoute. La villa est vraiment comme sur les photos . Très agréable. Petit Bémol: oreiller inconfortable. Produit vaisselle et tablettes pour le lave vaisselle absent. A se niveau de standing, les produits ménagers ne devraient pas manquer.
