This beautiful architect-designed villa, located on the heights of Anse-à-l'âne, in a quiet and residential area, enjoys a magnificent view of the bay of Fort-de-France.
The beach of Anse-à-l'âne, lined with small local restaurants, is 1 km away; Anse Dufour and Anse Noire beaches, where you can swim with the turtles, are about 3 km away.
Pointe du Bout, with its nightlife, restaurants, bars and casino, is about 6 km away.

- 1 shower room with separate sanitary facility
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen and its pantry
- 1 vast living room open onto the terrace and the infinity swimming pool
- 1 terrace with a lounge area and its bioclimatic pergola canopy, as well as a shaded dining area.
The garden level includes:
- 2 air-conditioned studios, each furnished with:
- 1 double bed (140x190cm)
- 1 convertible sofa (for 2 children or teenagers)
- 1 private shower room
- 1 fully equipped kitchenette
- 1 terrace with a dining area

- The studios are never rented separately from the villa

January 2024Villa idéalement située géographiquement pour accéder aux plages et au commerce. Située en pleine nature sans vis à vis. 2 choses à préciser tout de même : beaucoup de moustiques en cette saison (08/2023) et piscine difficile daccès pour les personnes manquant de souplesse. Sinon la villa est magnifique : spacieuse et joliment décorée, idéale pour 10 personnes. Nous avons adoré
