The beautiful beach of Anse Mitan is only 800m away, as well as the first shops and restaurants. From the marina at 1.3Km, you will find boat excursions to discover the South Caribbean, diving clubs...
From the pontoon of the beach of Anse Mitan, maritime shuttles ensure connections with Fort de France by crossing the bay (20 min crossing).
The golf of Espérance is 2500 meters away.

This 340m² (+terraces) red wood architectural villa is composed of 4 parts, all communicating with the covered terrace:
- A "wing" with 3 bedrooms all accessible from the terrace
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200), a television, a desk, a private bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate sanitary, access to a second small private terrace with sea view
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed (160x190), the other with full size bed (140X190), a television, private bathrooms with separate sanitary facilities, space for a baby crib
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a full size bed (140x190) on the ground floor with a private bathroom
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) on the ground floor with a private bathroom, and a terrace with a view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France
- A large 100m² living room (not air-conditioned) with sofas and armchairs, a sofa bed (2 persons), and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (can be moved together) and a sofa bed (adapted for 2 children)
- A fully equipped kitchen
In a clever mix of styles, you will find an harmonious Caribbean atmosphere, as if suspended between sky and sea. The decoration and the furniture, made of solid wood, create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere with the bay of Fort de France in the background.
In the extension of the terrace, a magnificent infinity pool with bar and immersed lounge chairs offers an exceptional sea view.
From the parking lot, 2 garages are accessible and an interior staircase leads to the kitchen.

August 2024Lextérieur de la villa et la vue sont magnifiques et rattrapent les quelques imperfections car dans les Antilles ont vie dehors. Petits problèmes électrique ( à priori qui devraient être résolus car récents) . Lave vaisselle vieillissant Mais dans lensemble excellent séjour dans cette villa magnifique avec son charme créole, bien située, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie, son extérieur magnifique et conçue pour un séjour entre amis avec ces chambres et salle de bain individuelles. Un plaisir ces vacances .

Nous avions commandé des courses tout était rangé à notre arrivée . Et nous avions également pris la prestation tapas à Notre arrivée tout était prêt et excellent . Nous avons pu démarrer nos vacances en toute sérénité !
