The center of the village is 500 meters away.
Several beaches are at a 5 minutes drive, including Anse Mitan, Anse à l'Âne, Anse Noire and Anse Dufour.
The boat proposed for sea trips is 5 minutes below the villa.
The internationally renowned 18-hole golf course is 1 km away, as is the lively and touristy Pointe du Bout district (about 2 km away).

This is a very beautiful villa, completely new, with an infinity pool and a large terrace offering a spectacular view.
This two-level luxury villa offers 7 rooms with sea view.
The owners have put the emphasis on the quality and comfort of the equipment, especially the bedding, which is very upscale.
All rooms have a flat screen with wifi, internet browser and Netflix.
On the main level, the villa includes:
- 2 communicating air-conditioned bedrooms with King Size bed (180x200), flat screen with wifi, minibar, safe, exclusive bathrooms and independent entrance from the pool area.
- 1 large living room opening onto the terrace, with lounge area and large flat screen, wine cellar and bar
- 1 dedicated space for a projector with giant screen
- 1 very well equipped open kitchen, with central island, steam oven, and laundry area
- 1 terrace of 150 m² with a covered area, a large table and outdoor lounge in front of the living room and another large dining area with barbecue area and several tables, located in front of the pool
- 1 beautiful swimming pool, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Trois-Îlets, with lounge chairs
