Location of the villa
The villa is on the heights of Sainte Luce village, about 250m above sea level, in a peaceful neighborhood. It is naturally ventilated, with a magnificent sea view of the Diamant Rock and the small island of Saint Lucie.
The beaches and small shops are less than a 5 minute drive away.
Sainte Luce is a very good starting point to visit Martinique, including the many beaches on the South Caribbean coast.
Property
This 180m² comfortable villa (+ large terrace) is well equipped and decorated with care.
It includes:
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and its shower room
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed and a two- seat sofa bed, suitable for children or teenagers
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (on top)
- All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and share a second bathroom
- A living room open onto the terrace with a sitting area (five-seat sofa, TV and coffee table), a dining area with table and chairs and a bar
- A vast shaded terrace of 60m² with a splendid sea view, furnished with a big table next to the swimming pool
- A well equipped kitchen, overlooking the living room and enjoying the sea view
At the poolside, a hammock and some lounge chairs are at your disposal.
Please note: On the ground floor of the rented villa, a small 3rooms apartment is regularly occupied by the owners, and is not for rent.

MaskNous avons été très satisfaits de la villa Paradyse louée à Sainte Luce : situation, propreté et bon accueil des propriétaires.
March 2018Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à la villa MQSL04 en avril 2015 La Villa très bien située sur les hauteurs de STE LUCE d’ accès un peu difficile mais avec une belle vue sur la baie et l ile de STE LUCIE par temps clair Grande maison bien équipée avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants . Une grande chambre très confortable ! les autres chambres auraient besoin d’une meilleure literie. Belle terrasse ou l on peut prendre tous les repas et qui en fait est le lieu de vie. Le point négatif est la présence permanente des propriétaires qui se réservent les pièces du sous sol, même s ils se font discrets. Pas d accueil par ANTILLES EXCEPTION tout est géré par la propriétaire Ménage obligatoire 100 euros montant excessif
