The villa is located in a subdivision, at the entrance to the La Caravelle nature reserve, a true natural gem offering breathtaking landscapes as well as several hikes and preserved biodiversity.

From the villa you can walk to the beach and to the small restaurants located on the seafront. You can even start your hikes from the villa.

Accessible on foot: Anse la Brèche beach at 350m, bakery at 250m, artisanal coffee-making workshop and pizzeria at 300m, first restaurants at 500m.

The sea is located just across the road below the subdivision. This road will also allow you to go on an adventure to the Caravelle and make lots of beautiful memories.
