The 106m² villa can accommodate up to 4 people and has:

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge.
The very large, refined and bright living room adjoins the open kitchen and has a view of the sea. The living room is equipped with a large HDTV screen, WIFI, American and French satellite channels, and Apple TV and a BOSE Sound System
Each air-conditioned bedroom has a sea view, a king size bed (180/200), HDTV screen with Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and its own bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A safe is available for extra security. The Master also has a BOSE Sound System.
Its terrace has a bar, an outdoor lounge, and a dining table by the pool

The swimming pool, heated during the high season, is bordered with lounge chairs for a great relaxation in front of this superb panorama.

To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 1 room and 2 people maximum, 2 rooms and 4 people maximum)
