Location of the appartment

This duplex is located in a residence in the Orient Bay area, 450 meters from the beach.

You will enjoy the long and beautiful beach of Orient Bay, with its water sports (jet ski, sailing, kite surfing) as well as its many beach bars and restaurants with their lounge chairs and umbrellas at only a 12 minute walk. A car is not necessary during your stay.

If needed, you can easily rent a car for a few days to discover the 37 beaches of the island, enjoy the gourmet restaurants of Grand Case, the nightlife of the Dutch part or the duty free stores.

For your evenings, the traditional restaurants and bars are also within a walking distance. A small supermarket is located near the beach, as well as a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacco shop.

You can also have your groceries delivered if needed. The Parc de la Baie Orientale is very secure with many cameras, as well as a 24/7 security guard. At a 10 minute drive, you will enjoy the village of Grand Case, considered as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

Its 75m² can accommodate up to 6 people, plus a 10m² on the pool side and a 5m² terrace on the entrance side.

A staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment located on the first floor.

Fantastic location. Clean place. Gated Community. Literally 2 minute walk from the beach / beach bars / restaurants. If you want to explore the island, there is a main road that is a great drive / scenic / gives you access to both sides of the island. Had some shutter issues but they were fixed really quickly thanks to Gilles' responsiveness & Alex (the property manager) also responding quickly. Showers were great. Beach towels were invaluable. Pool was right there and very clean. Only thing was that the island (not hosts' fault) had water issues & would cut the water at night. Something to be aware of but Gilles / Alex provided regular updates & provided a site where the water company would post updates regularly to give you time to prepare. My advice: buy water bottles & then re-fill them to flush the toilet when there is no water. Pack N Play available! Some things to be aware of: 1. Only one toilet 2. Stove is a bit tricky to use 3. Dishwasher doesn't open all the way

The apartment is beautiful and very well located. As you can see from the photos, it's very modern and has everything you need for a perfect stay! You can walk to the beach, at night there's a center with several restaurants 3/4 blocks from the apartment. The host is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Giles' apartment. Easy to find, clean, spacious, good AC, and with very comfortable beds. The location is great, walkable to all of the restaurants and shops in Orient Village and to the beach (both just 3 minutes walking). We were traveling with a toddler and an infant, and Giles provided two pack-n-play cribs, which was great. The apartment had everything we needed and we had a great time. Do note that while there are two bathrooms, this refers to the showers and there is only one toilet in the apartment.
