The villa is located 50 meters from the sea, in the Parc de la Baie Orientale, which is certainly the most appreciated tourist site of Saint-Martin, for the beauty of its long beach of Orient Bay and its surroundings, its restaurants and its beach bars, its nautical activities (kite-surfing, jet ski, sailing), its shops (supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, tobacco), its security (cameras, guards).

You will not need a car unless you plan to visit the 37 beaches of the island. The beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

This 225m² very spacious and comfortable villa, right on the beach, can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes:

The place was amazing. It was great to have air conditioners in each room that could be set be everyone to their own likes. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for us to use. Laundry was convenient. The walk to the beach was incredible- less than 2 minutes. Such a nice relaxing stay.
