Villa is located in the center of the island, only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Friar's Bay, in a preserved area, surrounded by tropical nature with a breathtaking view of Pic Paradis and its surrounding wild hills.

You are at a 10-minute drive from Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean, with its beautiful beach, Creole restaurants and festive beach establishments. A 5-minute walk to Lottery Farm, a 55-hectare nature sanctuary with hiking trails, zip lines, restaurant-bar and pool/lounge areas, at the foot of Pic Paradis, the island's peak, which hosts the best gourmet restaurant on the island in an extraordinary setting. At a 15 minute drive, you will enjoy the beautiful beach of Orient Bay. A 5 minute walk will take you to a bakery and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to a supermarket.

In Saint-Martin, a rental car is essential to take advantage of all the points of interest of the island, which can be reached in only 1 hour.

This 300m² five-bedroom villa, entirely renovated can accommodate up to 10 people. It includes:

4 very spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with plenty of storage space and a magnificent view of Pic Paradis or the gardens of the property. All are equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), 2 of which have their own private shower room

1 very well equipped kitchen open onto the terrace and the living room
A 100m² living room
On the upper floor, the large 50m² air-conditioned bedroom with sea view, is equipped with two single beds (90/180) - This room will also allow those who wish it, to be able to isolate themselves if necessary to work or play
A 100m² covered terrace with a dining and a lounge area
Outside the house, the large gazebo with BBQ is furnished with large tables in the shade
The 1500m² garden and its vegetal fences will protect you from outside views, and will allow you to sunbathe in all privacy
8x4 m swimming pool - The very private pool and the terrace will allow you to enjoy a total intimacy

The area is very quiet, the villa is secured by an alarm and you can bring your cars inside the property closed by an electric gate.

You will immediately feel rested in this 300m² luxurious villa entirely renovated and will be able to take advantage of its vast spaces.

Please note: For security reasons, although the pool is equipped with an alarm, we only welcome families whose children can swim.
