At the western end of Saint-Martin, the Terres Basses peninsula is a true Caribbean Garden of Eden.
Sumptuous houses, coastal lagoons and rocky reliefs make the decor of this very secret site. Shores with agitated waters, the Baie aux Prunes is also the most deserted beach of the peninsula.
It is in this haven of peace, halfway between Marigot and the airport, that this luxury villa is nestled.
The villa is located in a beautiful and very private setting just minutes from the natural beaches of Terres Basses on the French side and the nightlife of Maho, just across the "border" in Dutch St. Martin.

This beautifully appointed five-bedroom residence in Terres Basses offers 180-degree panoramic ocean views with Saba on the horizon. It includes:
- An elegant living and dining room and television area with 82-inch Smart TV
- An immaculate light wood kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero stainless steel appliances, a center island and a breakfast bar
- A cork-lined media room equipped with an 82-inch Smart TV and a Bose surround sound home theater system
- The five beautiful king-size bedrooms each have a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with double sinks, and a large open rain shower, outdoor "garden" shower and separate restroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and a Bose sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity. Four of the five bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master suite also has a sitting area with a private terrace with a 3-person hydro jacuzzi/pool.
